Laureato in Economia aziendale presso l’Università Luigi Bocconi di Milano, è fondatore e titolare dello Studio Turi. Assiste la clientela nell’ambito della consulenza fiscale e aziendale e nella gestione ordinaria e straordinaria, occupandosi in particolar modo di valutazioni d’azienda e operazioni di finanza straordinaria e risanamento aziendale. Ha maturato una ultraventennale e significativa esperienza nella gestione ordinaria e straordinaria delle imprese immobiliari e di servizi e da tempo presta consulenza in operazione immobiliari di sviluppo, di ristrutturazione e nell’ambito della istituzione e gestione di fondi immobiliari. Ha inoltre maturato competenza nel settore della intermediazione finanziaria – con specifico riguardo alla gestione collettiva del risparmio, al private equity e real estate – dei servizi di investimento e dei servizi bancari. Ricopre incarichi come membro del consiglio di amministrazione e del collegio sindacale di diverse società nazionali. È iscritto all’albo dei Dottori Commercialisti di Milano ed al registro dei revisori contabili.

 

 

In R.E.D Maria Cristina Farioli is involved in the setting up and development of design concepts, coordinating, from design to implementation, the innovative component brought by the digital infrastructure and cutting-edge technologies. Together with the team, it addresses the model of services that enhance the real estate structures and the urban context in which they fit.

Maria Cristina Farioli graduated in Business Economics from the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart of Milan with a degree thesis in twinning with the Polytechnic of Milan on Robotics and Flexible Systems. MC brings to RED his thirty-year experience grown up in IBM Italy where he held top positions from Innovation and Smart Cities Director, Marketing & Communication Director to Business Development Director for Digital Transformation. For ten years she was also a CRM Partner in IBM Consulting Group and is certified internationally in Business Strategy & Transformation. During the five years dedicated to the development of the Smart Cities strategy in Italy, she started the first smart city projects in Venice and Parma; she realized the project for a Home for the Elderly in Bolzano, still inspiring today for its innovative use of technology as an element not only of assistance, but also of inclusion; she followed the PONs of the MIUR awarded to the cities of Naples and Bari; coordinated, together with the local administration, the general states on smart city for the city of Pisa. He participated in the MIUR Commission for the development of a unitary model of "smart city".

In R.E.D. deals with the activity of technical coordination of project and construction activities.

Graduated in Engineering at the University of Cagliari, after a Master's Degree in Urban Management and City Design at the Domus Academy of Milano he collaborated, as project manager, in numerous development projects in Milan ("Social Village", residential district hosting the international delegations of Expo 2015 and subsequent conversion project in social housing, extension of the Polytechnic Engineering Faculty, in the "ex Broggi", Milan) and Genoa ("Faculty of Engineering" of the Polytechnic School and "Student Residence" within the Science and Technology Park di Erzelli).

   

In R.E.D. si occupa dell’attività di sviluppo immobiliare.

Laureata in Architettura al Politecnico di Milano ed iscritta all’Ordine degli Architetti presta la sua attività professionale in diversi studi occupandosi della valutazione di aree da acquisire e della verifica di progetti gia? in itinere, della fase di progettazione (architettonica, prevenzione incendi, coordinamento multidisciplinare), della direzione lavori inclusa la fase di collaudo. Diversi sono i progetti seguiti, si citano il PII – Attuazione programma integrato di intervento e relative urbanizzazioni di una Nuova Costruzione, via Stephenson in Milano e PR – redazione di piano di recupero: Costamasnaga – ex cascina in via Manzoni –  progetto di recupero coordinato con la Soprintendenza delle Belle Arti.

Svolge inoltre l’attività di libera professione legata in particolare alla ristrutturazione ed interior design in ambito residenziale. Tra le varie esperienze vi è anche la partecipazione e l’aggiudicazione del bando per la riqualificazione del centro sportivo a Milano.

Graduated in Business Economics, University of Pisa, Chartered Accountant, member of the Order of Chartered Accountants of Milan and auditor registered with the Ministry of Economy and Finance.
For over 26 years he has worked as a Chartered Accountant with limited liability companies (ordinary and extraordinary management) dealing mainly with tax issues (tax calculation, legislation and compliance); legislation, corporate organization, capital transactions, mergers and acquisitions); national and international accounting standards; reporting (financial statements, balance sheets); due diligence management of extraordinary financing and / or corporate reorganizations.

Matteo, graduated in Business Administration at Bocconi University, started his professional career in the Finance Department of Pirelli Group where, from 1995 to 2001, he oversaw corporate financing with main Italian and international banks, supranational institutions (European Investment Bank), investment grants in depressed areas (Law 488/92) and subsidised loans for Applied Research and Technological Innovation (Law 46/82 and 485/88), before moving to real estate financing within Pirelli RE Group (now Prelios). From 2001 to 2008 at Pirelli RE, he was involved in the planning, coordination and execution of real estate portfolio acquisitions in Italy and Germany (Rinascente / UPIM, Edilnord, Marzotto Group and Karstadt), including the establishment of Joint Ventures with foreign partners for the development and management of industrial, commercial and real estate portfolios. He then oversaw the creation, implementation and launch of various real estate funds and, as head of the Retail & Entertainment business unit - which operated both in Italy and Germany - the management of the related real estate assets. After an experience as General Manager with a private real estate investor, since 2012 he has been a consultant to Deutsche Bank on real estate, financial and monetisation/settlement matters related to the bank non performing mortgage loans (Unlikely To Pay and Non Performing Loans) in order to achieve, through out-of-court solutions, maximization of returns both in terms of amounts recovered and timing.

Graduated in Business Economics from the Luigi Bocconi University in Milan, she had a long experience in Pirelli Real Estate first as Manager Advisory and Corporate Development, then as Director of Investments and Asset Management, as head of the group for investments in Germany and Austria.

In R.E.D. Massimo Giovanni Turi è consulente supervisore del coordinamento della pianificazione tecnica e della gestione dei progetti.

Graduated in Civil Engineering at the Polytechnic of Bari, Massimo Giovanni has been involved for over twenty years in Design and Construction Management, in particular with specific experience in the field of structural design in civil and infrastructure. Massimo Giovanni has collaborated with design studios of high national standing and has been involved for over twenty years in Design and Construction Supervision, in particular with specific experience in the field of structural design in the civil and infrastructural field. Since the beginning of his professional activity, he has availed himself of the best design tools for the analysis of structures, even complex ones, supporting for over ten years the use of BIM platforms as the best support for the management and coordination of information.

   

In R.E.D follows the marketing and communication initiatives in synergy with the Communication Agencies of the Partners involved in the different project areas.

Marco dopo il diploma professionale acquisisce il master in Web Designer presso l’istituto Piamarta. E’ giornalista pubblicista dal 2009. Ha seguito nel corso degli anni diversi progetti sviluppando portali, siti e siti di e-commerce. Ha maturato una decennale esperienza nella pubblica amministrazione conseguendo importanti e prestigiosi risultati. Dal 2015 è libero professionista, ha collaborato con diverse multinazionali e agenzie, seguendo progetti nelle diverse aree della comunicazione integrata e del marketing, con una particolare attenzione alle strategie e alle tecniche digitali e social. I principali campi di applicazione sono la comunicazione d’impresa e istituzionale, la comunicazione digitale e multicanale, l’organizzazione e la promozione di eventi, la gestione del brand, la responsabilità sociale d’impresa, il marketing e il web marketing e le strategie aziendali.
